Man oh man I’m starting to lose the love for porridge! and it’s only been few weeks!! How I would love to have corn flakes or something else more exciting than porridge
That’s why I look forward to lunch because I have a treat of chocolate soya yogurt with me today!! Also I’m training with Laura tomorrow. I wonder what she has up her sleeve??
As today was so nice I walked /jogged into work this morning (hour and half walking) and I felt great for rest of the day it really woke me up (nothing to do with the slight chill in the air at all lol) there was a little bit of ‘good’ pain from last night’s training as we were working on my biceps and doing some lunges with weights and a step (tough going) also some squats were done with a balancing ball which was great!
My eating plans has stayed pretty much the same over the last few days and I was very very good and proud of myself, one of the clients in my work brought back treats from their holidays and I refrained from having ANY even though they looked and smelled so so good! The way I looked at it “an ounce on the lips and inch on the hips” also means at least 20 mins more jogging! So I had an apple instead.
It will be worth it as I have my first weigh in since starting this programme next week and I want to hear good news
