| Personal Information: My name is Laura. From an early age I was a natural born motivator. Coming from a family with a motor racing background, I inherited the drive for life and was shown all the benefits of living a mentally and physically challenging day. Succeeding in the show jumping world at a young age I never wanted to be beaten. I learned motivation is the drive to succeed and challenge oneself. As this does not come easy to all, it can be achieved with a personal trainer and a person willing to grow as an individual. The mind, body and soul work ultimately together – with the correct nutrition and exercise plan you can achieve this and feel on top of the world. Every day I ensure to do some form of exercise, let it be a brisk walk on the beach or a cardio or weight session. Everyone can find an activity or sport that keeps them happy and healthy. The key is discovering what it is. My Day starts with a hearty bowl of oatmeal followed by lean protein, fruit and vegetables throughout the day to keep my energy levels high. When running a lot I increase my high fibre slow releasing carbohydrates and make sure to get eight hours sleep to aid recovery. The main reasons to contact a personal trainer are to achieve well-being, gain self confidence and have an exercise program designed personally for you and your body type. Every human body is different and this is due to lifestyle, for example, past injuries due to a sport, work, stress and weakness in the back or core. Having someone to meet face to face weekly that you trust to inform you of how to carry out a cardio and weights program to gain the most from your workout can be all you need to feel physically and mentally fantastic. |

If you wish to block book you gain more through reduced rates and free sports massage sessions. - I listen to your needs, look at your body type and then design am exercise program to fit in with you current lifestyle. - Have you ever worked out in a gym and juts hated the banging music? Its your hour, so bring the music of your choice. - Train in a private studio based, client and trainer environment. Alternatively, I can travel to your home. Goals are set during your induction, which includes a health weight, BMI check and fitness test. A food diary is checked weekly. - One-to-one attention – I am always there to motivate and encourage when the times get tough with reminder texts to get you through the challenging times. - I offer a variety of packages to meet all needs, specializing in weight management and sports specific training.
