Its amazing!! Im not out of breath and it sure does make a pleasant change, now that im settled with Laura into a regular work out routine and improved my aerobic fitness I can now run for (drum roll please) 10 mins flat!!!!(rocky music was playing in my head when i heard this good news) It’s exciting watching my body change and food choices I make help feed my body with what it needs to become leaner, stronger and faster (insert Kanye Wests song here)
THursdays work out well what can I say I climed a bug hurdle that I thought I could never do and now I can see I am well and truely on the way to a long term life change
Monday is the big day, and its just around the corner I cant believe how quickly it has come around! so the weekend I shall continue to eat healthy and train hard so that I can complete my goal and finish the marathon within 2 hours
