Well the last few days were not so good due to stress and other factors I gave into cravings and had Ice-cream on Thursday last and a chocolate muffin all to myself on Friday!! I was disgusted with myself after, I also had really weird dreams Friday night! (strange how the food you eat effects your sub conscious).
So to make up for it at the weekend I got my hands on an exercise bike and cycled for an hour and I did 2 hours walking Saturday and Sunday and watched very carefully what I ate over the last few days.
I was not looking forward to this weigh in but….SUCCESS!!
Laura gave me the good news - in one week I had lost 3 pounds in weight, 3 inches off my waist and 1 inch off my legs also 1 off my BMI (Body Mass Index).
I had to get her to check at least 3 times to make sure she wasn’t joking!!! I was delighted!!
This news gave me a great boost! I was ready to take on anything!!
It confirmed this was working it may be slow but its healthy and the weight stays off.
My next weigh in is next Wednesday 20th May so fingers crossed I’ll have another little bit of good news ![]()
I’ll be keeping you posted in the mean time anyway with my training between now and then.
