A few weeks ago Brian and I met up with Florian Chercheva, a bodybuilder preparing for the NABBA Ireland bodybuilding competition which is scheduled for September in Dublin City Centre. Its amazing!! I first came across Flaxseed Oil six years ago when it was prescribed to me by my optician after I had undergone laser eye surgery. My eyes were dry and the eye drops, initially prescribed to me, weren’t working. I returned to my optician with my complaint and they wrote me a prescription for Flaxseed Oil.
