  • From Turtle to Panther!

    Its amazing!! Im not out of breath and it sure does make a  pleasant change, now that im settled with Laura into a regular work out routine and improved my aerobic fitness I can now run for (drum roll please) 10 mins flat!!!!(rocky music was playing in my head when i heard this good news) It’s exciting watching my body change and food choices I make help feed my body with what it needs to become leaner, stronger and faster (insert Kanye Wests song here) (read more...)
