Supersets are an intense bodybuilding technique where you complete two exercises (directly after each other) with no rest between the exercises.

So What are the Benefits of Supersets?

- Supersets are a great technique for increasing muscle size and are known to boost testosterone levels, which gives you Increased Muscle Size & Strength and Decreased Bodyfat Levels

- Supersets allow you to overload your muscles safely. You can overload the same muscle group by Supersetting 2 different exercises targetting that muscle group without using heavy weights

We filmed amateur bodybuilder Florin performing an Antagonistic Superset Workout.
